Bud's truck is a black on black 1979 Ford. Uncle Bob's truck is a tan Chevrolet stepside.
Actually the Ford F250 that Bud drove in the movie is a 1977. It now belongs to a friend who lives in the Houston, TX area. The truck has been restored and is now lifted with 36" Mudders on it. The 460ci engine has had a bit of modification as well. This guy has about $50k in the truck over and above what he paid for it. Still in very nice condition for it's age.
