Very little to go on without a front view, and so much of the car obscured or indiscernible (60s Photography and black paint doesn't help). Based on the squared off hood lines, fender sweep, oak spoke wheels, running board lines, lack of hood vents, and headlight shape, I'm gonna say late 20s (pre-29) Franklin or Hudson Sedan. It's almost certainly pre '29 without fender lights, and almost certainly isn't a Packard, Pierce-Arrow, Peerless, Auburn, Marmon, Duesenberg, Stutz, Chrysler, Cadillac, Buick, Olds, Pontiac, Chevy or Ford. Others may disagree...
