You can fix a broken linkage in a 1999 Navigator truck by adjusting its Gear Shift.
Be sure that the dash light dimmer control is not turned off and check the fuses.
Take a Hammer and flat blade screwdriver. Place blade of screwdriver against the place where there should be a light. Using the hammer, hit the driver as hard as you can. Then go to the truck radio store and buy a new radio.
