You could blow your engine seals (front and rear) which may cause all the oil to escape at which point the engine will figuratively melt internally and seize, requiring either a new engine or a total engine overhaul/rebuild. What happens it too much pressure builds internally, and all that pent up energy (pressure) has to go somewhere.
Engines are designed to operate with a specified amount of fluids ... water ... oil ... transmission, etc. Too much or too little of these fluids will cause permanent damage to the vehicle engine. Always, always, check all your engine fluids at least weekly if not daily - it only takes a few minutes which could literally save you thousands of dollars later on.
