∙ 11y agoDepends if the van is electrical or mechanical, if it is electrical the fuel pump might either be in the gas tank or mounted on the frame on the drivers side of the van. If it is mechanical then it is mounted to the engine on the lower front passenger side.
I would assume the motor went bad, or there could be a foulty connection. You will find the electrical diagram on the autozone web site www.autozone.com
There is no fuse for the exhaust system, it is not electrical.
If it's the stock L-motor, it would be a mechanical fuel pump located at the front passenger side of the head (all the 620 pickups were carburated with mechanical fuel pumps). Otherwise it was updated with an electrical pump and could be anywhere between the engine and the fuel tank. Most likely it would have been mounted on the frame close to the fuel tank.
Answerabove the fuel pump and at the front of motor, follow your fuel pipes up . you cant miss it looks like small oil filter.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------If you had asked about the "Fuel Pump" It would depend on if the truck has a mechanical or electrical fuel pump. If it has a mechanical the above answer would be correct. If it has an electrical pump it is located on the passenger side rear external portion of the frame, right in front of the rear wheel. But, you asked about the "Fuel Filter". It is located right next to the electrical fuel pump. It is usually white plastic and sits vertical with two rubber lines coming out the top.

Disconect the electrical connecter on the seatbelt buckle under the seat. Don't disconnect the passenger seat one though as The passenger airbag (if fitted) won't deploy in an accident. The drivers airbag will always deploy.
