I was injured two years ago in a car accident. the wrong party has state farm full coverage. I had three fractures in my heel bone, and now walk every step in pain and have a limp. state farm offered me 40,000. for everything. that includes my 23,000. car my lost wages (10,000) my medical and physical therapy. pain and suffering and loss of enjoyment of life. I need a total knee replacement then more therapy all because of someones carelessness. i refused the offer and havent heard from state farm at all. my attorney says we will get an offer before we get in the court room. ive decided to let god handle it and have a judge and jury decide what i should receive. STATE FARM LIES ON EVERY AD. THEY ARE NOT A GOOD NEIGHBOR AND THEY DONT CARE.
