you have to be at least 10 years to sit in front of a car
Actually I have read that you have to be 12 years of age to sit in the front seat of a car due to the airbag. Well, I actually don't live in OR so the person who said 10 may be correct, 12 is just the age in my state.
1.35cm to be in the front
I believe in NSW you have to be at least eight or over to be able to sit in the front seat of a car.
The same age they have to be to sit in the front of any other car. Which is usually 12.
sometimes its 13 or 14.
"There is no age restriction for sitting in the front seat in BC traffic law."
If the car does not have air bags, then a child can sit in the front at any age, but must us a booster seat until they weigh at least 80lbs. If your car has passenger side air bags, then it not recommended for them to sit in the front seat until after they turn 13.

It is recommended that children are of 12 years or older to sit in the front seat of a car or land vehicle.
