sounds like your valves are rattling check your oil

I don't know about a tentioner? Tensioner? But apparantly a flux capacitor can cause your vehicle to jump time. At least it worked on Emmit's Deloreon!

No, 2009 was the last year for Chevrolet to manufacture the Trailblazer. It is being replaced with the Chevrolet Traverse.
The heat shield on top of the converter may have broken loose. it can be repaired. If the rattling is inside the converter it must be replaced.
Bad plug or something is misassembled.
the clicking noise is either, a) the motor assembly of the speaker rattling, B)cone rattling, C) its just blown. it will need to be replaced either way.
sounds like the cv joints need replaced
sounds like your front struts need to be replaced
The battery in the remote needs to be replaced.
The bushings on the shift linkage need to be replaced
If it is a 4cyl then no. It has an upper and lower timing chain. If it is a 6cyl then yes. It has a timing belt, an idler, and a belt tentioner that all should be replaced at the same time.
