very simple, if you have replaced a tail light globe or indicator or brake light globe... if you have replaced one of these lights or similar globes, check that the globe on the base has single blob of solder on the bottom of the metal end. for parker, indicator etc. if you have replaced a brake light, then check that on the bottom of the can of the bulb (the metal part) that there should be 2 blobs of contact solder. if there is only 1 then it is the incoreect type of bulb for that application.
Can't say that I fully understand the question. Rear window brake? Brakes don't work? Please explain. Does brake pedal go to the floor? No brake fluid in Master cylinder? due to leak. Brake pedal has normal travel but no stopping? Worn brake linings. Clicking in console could be normal, sounds like shift interlock is working properly. Allowing you to shift from "park" into other shift positions. Have to step on brake pedal to allow shift.
The brakes may make a clicking noise if the caliper is going bad. I just changed the brakes and the rotors and discovered my car was making a clicking noise. The garage I took it to replaced the caliper, so now it doesn't make the noise anymore.
maybe
Check your brakes(pads and rotors)
Your bicycle, or your hearing is defective
You should send it back to the store.
the most probable cause of clicking on rear brakes are weak return springs or a broken one.
try not to jam the brakes tap them slowly it might help
Pads loose in caliper? Anti-rattle clips not installed or installed incorrectly?
Possible brake line leak
YOU WILL FEEL A CLUNK WHEN THE VEHICLE IS PLACED IIN REVERSE OR DRIVE AND IS ACCELERATED WITH THE BRAKES DEPRESSED
possible missing anti rattle clip on brakes....had same concern on 02 front brakes
