A single or a couple of white lights are fixed to the rear of a vehicle. These white reversing lights light up when reverse gear is engaged, so warning other road uses and pedestrians that a vehicle is reversing.
If you have power from the fuse but no to the lights the most likely cause is the reversing light switch has gone faulty.

The reversing light cable on a 2006 Audi A4 2.0 TDI S-Line for attaching parking sensors is typically colored white. This wire is responsible for activating the reversing lights when the car is put into reverse gear.
There is one reversing light on Seat Ibiza. It is located in one of the rear lamp clusters, on the side oppisite to the cluster containing the single rear Hi-intensity foglight. On a right-hand-drive car the reversing light will be on the left, behind the clear/white lens. Hope this helps.

The reverse light sensor is located at the side of the gearbox and has two wires running to it. To test run a wire across the two and if it lights up that is your problem.
The manual is wrong. I lost my cigarette lighter. The manual said it was fuse 23 but there is no fuse there. The reversing lights and cigarette lighter are both on fuse 26. Mine is a 2007 model.The manual was never updated,but the looms were.
