there should be some kind of screws, sometimes they are Phillips or star shaped. just take those out and the steering column cover should come right off.

That should be inside the cover of your steering column The turn signal lever and hazard flasher button stick outside of the steering column cover
in front of the engine, on the passenger side, you should have the power steering pump. Open the reservoir cover and fill with power steering fluid.
It should be under the steering wheel on the right side. toward the stereo. you should have to take the cover panel off.

There should be a fuse box under the steering column with a diagram printed on the cover.
If you are looking for the flasher, it is behind a cover panel underneath the steering column. Remove the cover and the flasher should be to the left of the column. It should be round and probably silver in color. It simply pulls out.
Remove Plastic front bumper cover that is located on top (it should have JEEP embossed in the plastic)- The steering box should be directly below on the driver;s side and adjusting screw on top- It should be straight forward once you see it!
Take the plast cover off the steering column between the steering wheel and the dash. It should be located right on top or on the side.
