If the company can take any site that has its name complaints and protest sites would not exist.

The other sideSites that use a famous companies name to promote pornography or are used to extort money from the company should not be allowed.

For example the hosting company that we use miss applied our payment for our domain name, when the registration expired they linked our domain to pornography in an attempt to make us re-register.

Changed hosting companies, sued former, and won.
