Reason 2. Holding a cellphone means you have one less arm you can work with, that means you cant react to a vehicle or an object around you as fast, tripling the chances of a crash.
Reason 3. If the government has banned it, it means that there are more good reasons than bad, the good reasons outweigh the bad and therefore they have come to the conclusion that they have. Make sure you dont use your phone while driving as you can get in serious trouble and even get in jail.
