Yes! Absolutely! The C-5M didn't retain the suffix of SUPERGALAXY for any reason! According to Chief Executive Order # 1C-5M-1 Para. 9.3.6.2.1.7, it clearly states that under the primary authority for loading operations or under explicit control of a qualified LoadMASTER; the ramp and ramp extension may be lowered to the truck bed position prior to kneeling operation as not to damage the aircraft structure, systems or subsystems in turn maximizing utilization of manning and effectively expediting loading operations.
