They need to be pressed in. You will have to remove the hub assembly and have a shop press the bearings into the hub.

most places sell the complete hub assembly. You have to remove the brake assembly there are four bolts holding the hub assembly in place remove and reinstall
I got so far and can't get the hub assembly off. I tookthe disk brakes off. Took the brake holder off. Removed the 4 bolts from the back that looks like it is holding the hub but the hub will not come off. Is it pressed in? Do I need to remove the drum brakes and pry off the hub?
YOU HAVE TO TAKE THE HUB ASSEMBLY OFF AND HAVE A SHOP PRESS THE BEARING,OR REPLACE THE HUB ASSEMBLY FROM A SALVAGE YARD.
you have to replace the wheel bearing hub assembly look up a picture and you will see the bolts are attached to the hub assembly.
