Yes you need to remove those 3 bolts and replace an O ring you can use some liquid seal to hold it in place. hope this help.
Drop the tailgate, pull back the bed cover on the corner behind the break light you want to replace. There are bolts back there that hold the light in place. Undo those bolts and the light will come out easy. Replace and tighten bolts back and you are done. Very easy to do with some mechanical skills.

never done it on this model before but the one's I have replaced, I had to remove the glovebox and the blower motor is usually behind it. should be a couple of bolts holding it in. remove them, replace motor, replace bolts, viola, you're done. on a 97 its up under the dash didnt have to remove the glove box
To replace the thermostat on a Chrysler Pacifica, first locate the thermostat housing just behind the alternator. Remove the two bolts holding this on, then remove the old thermostat. Replace with a new thermostat and thermostat gasket. The put the bolts back in and tighten down. Make sure to check the antifreeze levels after this project.
