sounds like you've put it down in the bell housing. So when you put your engine under load the clutch is just slipping. Best thing put a new clutch in and clean the fly wheel and the bellhousing with a de greasent meths or something like that.

I would have to say that something is wrong with your throttle position sensor, throttle relay, or your throttle is dirty and sticking. I would check the sensors and the relay with a volt meter first. You can take off the air intake hose and see if your throttle is dirty. If it is just get some carb cleaner and spray in it.
