The Goodman A/C Units that have manual reset buttons will need to have the front panel removed to access it. Look for a small button that has a rubber tip. Some Goodman A/C Units have automatic reset valves built into the lines.

On the main unit there is a reset button. Use an opened paper clip to click the reset button. Wait about a minute for the transmitter to send to main unit. Make sure that the transmitter and the unit are set for the same channel ie. both at one. The main unit will show waves for accepting the signal.
