- Relief valve performance is much improved and statistically more stable.

- Improved level of robustness to water accumulation.
- Nitrile material used in the sealing gasket and the anti-drainback valve is unchanged.

Replace the FilterImmediately replace the filter, and top the fluid level off. It may be defective or the wrong kind. Replace it with an OEM AC/Delco filter to be sure you have the correct filter. AC/Delco filters are very highly rated filters I recommend you use them on your Chevy. Better answer-Change the oil to synthetic oil! The knock you are hearing is the piston skirts slapping the sleeve due to dry start! Mine did the same thing with conventional oil!
