It really depends on your car. When I sold cars for Ford Motor Company, we learned that engines were made (now a days) to use a certain rating of gasoline. If your car is made for one type and you use a higher rating, it really won't matter. Some engines say they need premium gas, but most newer ones will come with the information of what type of gas is best for your engine. Check your paperwork on your car/engine for the best one to use for the best performance.

yes, but they require that you only run Premium fuel. The savings on mileage is offset by the extra cost of the fuel, and its not worth it.

no the cost of gasoline is not a chemical propety of gasoline. That is constantly changing.
Depending on your preference in scented soap, milk and honey soap may be worth the extra cost. There is an inexpensive brand of milk and honey soap available at OmMadeCrafts.com.
I have a V6 and the gas mileage isn't great. I've tested it for a while now using different types of gases. When I use regular unleaded gas i tend to get about 20 miles/gallon. When I use premium gas i usually get about 22 miles/gallon. Obviously premium runs better, but the few extra miles are not worth the extra cost for the premium. I save money by just using regular fuel. I hope this helped.
In my opinion i believe they are they are very comfortable.
If there is room to stand upright in it, then I believe it is worth it for all that extra space you will gain.
