In most cases, YES. This can depend on the quality and configuration/design of wheel, but I would NOT recommend driving on a damaged wheel. The wheel is now no longer balanced, and the damaged portion may trigger further damage as it spins out of balance. If you're hard up for cash, stop by a tire shop and ask if you can buy a stock wheel of the correct size to replace it for now. Some shops will sell wheels for as little as 25-30 dollars. It won't LOOK right, but it beats the damage that results when a wheel fails, (entire brake system, suspension damage, body damage) plus the possibility of injury or death.
As a verb: "He spoke to the dog, but the dog failed to understand."As a noun:"The wheel spoke was broken"

If you are underage or if you have not been taught how to drive properly then yes.It is not the car that is dangerous but the driver behind the wheel. Cars, when at rest are as harmless as a kitten. It is only when their purr becomes a roar that they can be dangerous.
Spoke is a verb, the past tense of the verb to speak; to utter words in a normal tone of voice. The word spoke is also a noun; any of the number of bars, wires, or rods that connect the rim to the center of a wheel or extending from the rim used to grasp or turn a wheel. Examples:Verb: I was so nervous when I spoke in front of the student body.Noun: One broken spoke does not make a bicycle unusable.
Some can make you sleepy and you may fall asleep at the wheel.
i would check right rear axle if it is 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive or rear wheel drive. She may also have broken belt in tire. you may check wheel bearing or lug nuts for tightness.
If your all wheel drive goes out, typically your vehicle will begin skidding. It is considered very dangerous and could lead to an accident or collision.
