They're a real company that scams people into buying insurance from them. They are a third party company, who makes commission when they sell a policy to you; however, they will go to any extent to sell it. I was told preventative care would be covered and other kinds of doctor visits, I would have to pay the cost after insurance had been applied. Instead, I was charged a processing fee I did not authorized from them and the plan they sold me didn't even have preventative care coverage. A very unprofessional company and incompetent employees who don't care about your health, only the commission they're making.
