I cant seem to get the new pinion gear to go on the drive shaft of my John Deere LA105. Is there a trick to it?
at work we have serviced john deere equipment and we use 15 w 40. but your best bet would be to contact john deere themselves and give them the model and they should be able to tell you
The John Deere LA105 typically requires SAE 10W-30 engine oil for optimal performance. It's important to use a high-quality oil that meets API Service Classification SG or higher. For colder climates, you might consider using SAE 5W-20 for easier starting. Always refer to the owner’s manual for specific recommendations and maintenance guidelines.
Spark plug shot or gap not correct. Replace plug and if still doesn't work check and replace coil if bad. Check you tube for how to check col check coil.
