Is a lutian generator of good quality?

Worst experience with 6.5 KVA Lutian generator where Crank shaft broke after 25 hours of use which in return has damaged the Stator, Rotor coils, AVR, connecting Rod and rotors rod. I had to give stator and rotor for rewinding and eventually entire repairing job cost me a fortune. Disposing and buying a new generator turned out to be a feasible option. I sent an email to Lutain Customer care centers website initially asking them for an advice but they never bothered to even respond back. Went back to the dealer showing him his receipt that he offered a warranty for a year but flatly refused and after an argument, he said that they provide warranty only on Labor. Then further quoted double the amount on spare parts and rewinding jobs so decided to carry the repair from outside technician under my supervision.

P.S: Oil level was checked at time of breakdown which was still new, clean and at its full level. Mechanic insisted that I should fight for warranty as its manufacturing fault but I told him the entire tail.
