Size does not necessary matter. It depends on how the car is made. I would check the accident ratings. Most people feel safer in an SUV but they can flip over if hit from the side. I have an old Honda Accord and seen on one of those cops shows someone with a car similar to mine get hit on the side by a van at 50mph and she had minor injuries. There are also other factors that u cannot predict. What is hitting you, how that person hits you, how fast they are going and if you have a seatbelt on.. Obviously if you have a mini car you are probably not going to have too much protection if you are hit by an SUV or mac truck.
