The Ford E-350 is a one ton van and the Ford F-350 is a one ton pickup truck
A 1 tons truck describes the amount of payload capacity of the truck. Example of 1 ton trucks are Chevy 3500, Dodge 3500 or a Ford F350.
The Ford F-150 is a half ton truck and the Ford F -350 is a one ton truck lots of difference between f150 and f350 most f350 s have dual wheels on the rear. the f350 has a stronger and heavier chassis.f350 has a bigger cab and a wider and longer bed.the f350 has heavier duty suspension and bigger wheels.f350 usually has a bigger engine and a stronger transmission f350 has bigger brakes and a higher gross vehicle weight rating and f350 usually has a much larger price tag on it when purchased

i have a 94 f350 dually 1 ton w/351 I need a radiator and found one on Craig's list for af250 . Do I need find out what engine came out of his truck or are they just interchangeable
the f350 by a long shot EDIT: for the nab that wrote this you must not own one...the only difference between my F350 and my F250 same crew cab, same short bed, same 7.3L!!! The only difference is the 350 has stronger leafs and 2 more leafs in the back leaf-springs than the 250 so not by a long shot.... and which is y the 350 is a 1 ton truck if its SRW or a 1 1/4 ton truck if its dually. and the 250 is a 3/4 ton truck both ways SRW or DRW
The simple answer. 1500 means half ton truck. 2500 means 3/4 ton . 3500 means 1 ton in gmc and Chevy models. ford f 150 is a 1/2 ton f 250 3/4 ton f350 1 ton.
The answer is in the question - one ton. above is wrong a one ton truck is called a one ton truck as it is built to carry one ton in weight what the truck actually weighs depends on the size of the vehicle
