Depends on the market. Displacement and number of cylinders don't go hand in hand - there are 15 and 16 liter diesel engines with only six cylinders, while there are also V6 engines with higher displacement than engines from other manufacturers with more cylinders. TYPICALLY, you'd be talking about a four cylinder engine, but we can't say for certain without knowing what that engine is (make/model/year).
The 2.0 liter 4 cylinder engine has ( 4 cylinders ) The 2.5 liter V6 engine has ( 6 cylinders )
You could have the 2.0 liter - 4 cylinder engine which has ( 4 ) cylinders , or the 2.5 liter V6 engine which has ( 6 ) cylinders
The 2.5 liter is a 4 cylinder engine.
the engine is a 1.8 liter engine 4 cylinders
Either ( 6 cylinders ) with the 3.0 liter and the 4.0 liter V6 engines or ( 4 cylinders ) with the 2.3 liter four cylinder engine
It can be either but almost certainly it's 4-cylinders. Take a look and count the cylinders.
if its a 2.5 liter v6 it is The 4 cylinders are also.
A 1994 Ford Ranger 2.3 liter is a ( 4 cylinder engine )
Your 4.0 liter SOHC , V6 engine has ( 6 engine cylinders )
The combined volume of the cylinders of a 5.4 liter engine displace about 1.426 US gallons.
First, there is a difference in the Volume that the cylinders displace. The larger the engine, the greater its cubic inches or liter volume. Second, 2 liter engines are almost always 4 cylinders and 3 Liter engines are almost always 6 cylinders. However, Porsche made a large 4 cylinder engine for its 944 series, which I believe was 2.7 Liters. Five cylinder engines may be between 2 and 3 Liters and are intermediate size engines.
That depends on which engine it is equipped with. The 2.5 liter has 4 cylinders, and the 3.1 & 3.3 Liter V6 have 6 cylinders. If you see 3 plug wires going to the engine that means it is a 6 cylinder. The other 3 are hidden on the back side of the engine. If you see 4, then you have a 4 cylinder. It also has two door lock cylinders and two real wheel cylinders. One trunk lock cylinder, one master cylinder and ign. cylinder.
