from my understanding, you can transport your siblings (however many you have/includes foster children and step-siblings) as long as you have written consent from a parent. You can only have one other person, besides yourself and not a sibling, in the car with you anyways.
Overall the rule is one person in the car with a 16 year old, unless there is someone with a regular unrestricted license in the car or you have more than one sibling with parental consent. Hope this helps.
A 16 year old drive can only have one person in the car with them while driving in Tennessee. You must hold a learner's permit before obtaining a driver's license in Tennessee.
yes a driver can have passengers of any age AFTER they driver has had his/her licens for over a year
yes they can
It depends on your state's driving regulations, but for the most part, only one passenger is allowed.

You can sell up to five cars per year in Tennessee without a dealers license.
In most places, a first year driver typically has restrictions on the number and age of passengers they can have. It varies by location, but it's not uncommon for first year drivers to be limited to one non-family member passenger, or only immediate family members as passengers. It's important to check the specific rules and regulations in your area.
In Indiana- none unless it is a relative 21 yrs or older holding a valid license of their own, the passenger is 25 and a valid license holder, or the 16 yr old driver has held their valid license over 6 months.
I went to court today. I am in Ohio. I had a headlight violation because a part broke and my headlights went out and I had too many passengers in my car for a 16 year old. The judge dropped the too many passengers and charged me with only a headlight violation. I paid a $25 fine and $70 court cost. He gave me no additional restrictions on my license. He did worn me that if he saw me in court before I was 18 he wouldn't be so generous.
