∙ 18y agoYour brother is the only person, in this case, who can be sued. Unless you were in the car and your brother accuses you of distracting him on purpose, you can't be sued and should have nothing to do with this case. Also, be prepared for the insurance company to drop your brother from the policy - it doesn't always happen, but be prepared. This is why they make lawyers. I wouldn't worry about it too much unless you get served with an actual lawsuit. Contact your attorney if you are really concerned.
