Well generally, any time a car hits another cars tail end, it is that persons fault. (Usually because they say that the person was not paying attention and did not stop in time to avoid hitting the other car.) However, if the insurance is not also in the name of the person you are letting drive you car, and the person that hit them claims that they(person who got hit) caused it, you car could get towed (about 200 dollars for that) and their could be a trial. But you would not get in any trouble, unless that $200 was for an anniversary present.
The term for someone who does this specifically is "two-faced"
If it was someone you lent your car to, then it should
Yes he does
Sit in a seat other than the driver's seat while someone else drives.....
you are on the opposite side of the tree from someone else
Well as the old saying goes "Once a cheater always a cheater". If she was with someone else and cheated with you to be with you how do you know when someone else comes along that caught her eye this wouldn't happen again - but you are going to be left behind. The odds of this behaviour repeating itself is very good.
You can go to prison for a long time.
A two-timer is someone who goes behind someone else's back and does something against them with someone else. Someone who cheats on their spouse or significant other would be a two-timer.
Anyone that has to reduce themselves by trying to get someone to cheat on their mate is extremely immature and vengeful and certainly has no self esteem. If one has high esteem and loves the person but they are with someone else they move on and if they are meant to be with that person it will happen in the future and if it does not happen then it was never meant to be.
Something good will happen in your life soon.
Nothing will happen unless the person bullied or someone else tells someone in authority, e.g. a teacher, parent or supervisor, or unless the person bullied challenges the bully.
Whether they are licensed or not, it is your risk to have someone else driving your car.
