I would replace stator. I have had this problem twice on my big bear, I checked everything and even replaced coil and cdi box and it was the stator both times. First i had weak spark and replaced it and the second time i had no spark. I would look on ebay, they are usually about $140 dollars. Also make sure u get a new gasket.
I have recently had no spark from my 99 yamaha banshee, i went threw everything, redid my wiring, got a new cdi box, checked my kill switch, i pretty much did everything you could, until i had toke the boot off the coil (it unscrews) the part that goes over the spark plug, and what i did was eliminated the boot and just put the spark plug in the coil, and then checked for spark and thank god i found my problem, u most likely just need new boots i got new spark plugs and boots for 12 dollars, i tried to explain this the best way i could and i hope this is your problem, but remember do not give up on your sheeeeee :)
