You'll find the heater blower motor resistor in the heater/air conditioner compartment. This compartment is location underneath the dashboard. This is the part that allows the heater blower motor to change the fan's speed.

There is an air conditioning blower fuse on the 2004 Honda. The fuse is in the fuse box. The fuse box is located in the engine compartment.

The front blower motor is located just behind the glove compartment, below the cabin air filter. You can see it by opening the glove compartment, and then pressing in on the tab on both sides of the compartment. This allows the entire glove compartment to swing down (watch my shin!). You may want to empty the contents of the glove compartment before beginning.
Adjacent to the blower motor, behind glovebox compartment. Has 4 pin connector going into it, mounts into air passage for cooling.
Below the glove compartment above the passengers right foot.
