To install a shock absorber for a Whirlpool Duet washer, start by unplugging the washer and locating the shocks at the front and rear of the washer. Remove the screws securing the shock absorber in place, then swap out the old shock absorber with the new one. Secure the new shock absorber with the screws and plug the washer back in. Run a test cycle to ensure proper installation.
i think its 4 years old. joe
It has to be at least 14 Years old. I have it 10 years and the people that I got it from had it 4 years that I know of. That makes mine at least 14 years old, making the machine manufactured in at least 1997.
I see them regularly in used appliance stores for 150-200 the pair.
The Kenmore washer model 110.26902691 was manufactured by Whirlpool and typically dates back to around 2003-2005. To determine its exact age, you can check the serial number, which is usually found on the back or inside the lid. The first two digits of the serial number often indicate the year of manufacture. If you need further assistance, feel free to provide the serial number for more accurate information.
To determine the age of your Kenmore washer model 110.20702.990 with serial number CJ3121295, you can check the first two digits of the serial number, which often indicate the year of manufacture. In this case, "CJ" suggests it was manufactured in March 2012. Therefore, your washer is approximately 11 years old as of 2023.
The Maytag model A183 washer was first introduced in the early 1990s. To determine its exact age, you would need to check the serial number, which typically indicates the date of manufacture. If you provide the serial number, I can help you decode it to find out the specific age of your washer.
I own a 1958 Maytag washer, it replaced a dead six year old Whirlpool washer(Motor windings fried) The Whirlpool was about 48 years younger and 1/3 the weight of the aging Maytag. It is about 1/10 the quality of the '58 beauty and now rots in crappy plastic parts in the woods. My 1958 was made in the USA, the crappy Whirpool in China. My 1958 Maytag will still be here after the Whirpool (who bought out Maytag) rots into the ground.
