I don't know much about that model but on most riding lawnmowers, there's a pin on the back underneath the seat that shuts off the tranny (for pushing the mower similar to taking a car out of gear). Reach back there and release the pin & jiggle it a little to make sure it's not engaged and that should do the trick. If that doesn't work, then you likely have a broken drive belt and/or pully. Take it to a repair shop or find a buddy who knows basic auto/engine maintenance.
