About 15 miles.
I can't answer this positively, but on average there is 25 miles left to empty when a gas light comes on.
In my car, DTE is Distance To Empty. When that comes on it is telling me that I need fuel. If there is fuel in the tank (full), and it comes on then it could be a bad sensor or a faulty fuel gauge.
I am currently attempting to go 28 miles with .835 gallons of regular after driving 20 miles with the gas light on. If I don't right again I made it.
There is aprox one to two gallons left in the tank. So you probably have 25-40 miles to go.
Not sure what you are referring to. There is no distinctly separate warning light specifically for the the fuel injection system.

No, the 1998 Chevrolet pick-up does not have a low fuel light on it. You need to keep your eye on the fuel gauge so you do not run out of gas.

You can go until you run out of gas. There is probably two gallons left when the light comes on. The ability of the fuel pump to pick it all up varies. You could have 10 miles or 50 miles, hard to say.
Probably one to two gallons.
