if you want it replace and removed by a professional it would depend how old your car is and what kind of condition it is in.....the average though is about 790$ with replacement
pull the seat base out and then you will see 2 bolts that hold the seat back down to the floor, take the bolts out and the back will come out.
there should be two bolts behind the passenger seat, take those out. pull the strap on the passenger seat forward and pull the seat back. after you take the passenger seat off you can see the bolts for the front seat, take them off and back the seat out of the lip.
The seat belt's are guranteed for life. Take to dealer and they will repair for free.
Take out the bench seat, and remove the back, take a look. Holes are small.
