depending on how bad the condition on the hull is / how good of a job you want to accomplish. I've restored 3 13ft whalers already and i can say it's not easy, and is very time consuming. if you are looking to restore just the hull to NEW condition then i would say about $500-$1000 depending on how crazy you get with it. then you also have to factor in trailer parts, engine, tools you may need. iv,e got it easy because i have tons of material lying around from previous projects so i don't usually spend allot of money.
