Never heard of a turbo 700, but a TH700R4 is a 4 speed.
A turbo 350 has only 3 gears. The 700R4 has 3 gears plus over drive and lock-up converter. And it is the same as a 400 turbo with overdrive.
There are 3 foreward gears and 1 reverse gear.
The typical turbo 350 has three speeds forward and one reverse.

between $700 to 1500 depending of if its turbo or non turbo
by putting your gears as manual
120-130 with exhaust smaller sprocket
A 400 Turbo, 350 Turbo, and a 700-R4 (TH400, TH350, TH700) I recommend a 700-R4, all around best transmission, and lots better mps's compared to the others
If you have an automatic gearbox, 4. Plus two extra overdrive gears, in 3rd. and 4th. gears. The total will make 6 different gears. European Volvo 960 with 2.0 liter turbo engines have manual transmissions with 4 gears plus manual overdrive. The later S90 was also available with 5 gear manual (reverse was synchro!)

Turbo Hydra-Matic 700.
Depends on size/options. But in general a new turbo for a 4cyl. around $500-700 for a stock T3 turbo/ super60, up to $1,500 gt35 with ball bearing/ported/billet wheel etc.. A v8 would need 2 of the ones above or one large turbo - around $700-1200 but go upto $2500+.
