An easy rule of thumb is that if you average 60mph (or about 100km/hr) then you travel one mile each minute. So if you average only half that speed, 30 mph, it would take twice as long, 19.4 x 2, or nearly 40 minutes. If you could average twice that speed, say 120 (I'm not saying to drive that fast), then you'd get there in only half the time, 19.4/2 = 9.7 minutes.
