What is pr? In California there is no "cooling off" period. People were abusing the "cooling off" law and buying cars, driving them for a while, then getting alll their money back, therefore a free rental, so the law was repealed in the late 70's

As long as they have a secure site you are able to. I would recommend that you NOT do it though. YOu want to see up close what you are purchasing. Not to mention if the issue of return comes up.

You better have decided by the time you sign the contract, because after that you can't usually return it. In most cases the contract will state this in bold letters so you can't later claim you were misled about it. Some states require used car dealers to offer buyers the option to purchase a recission period (a short one, usually 3 days) during which they're allowed to change their mind and return the car. Note that I said "option" and "purchase" there. If you didn't purchase the option, then you don't get to return it.

Unless you have a deal with the dealership, as soon as you put the key the ignition and start it, it's yours!! Really though, as soon as you sign the papers the car is yours. I know there's one car, I think it's a KIA, (don't quote me) that if you don't like the car, you can return it, but that's a factory warrantee, not the dealerships. And you would have known it if you bought one of those cars. It's your car now, enjoy it, or sell it.......

No. The police return her home, rather she wanted to return or not; a minor does not get to decide where she lives--her parents decide that.
