You can haul one without it.... so long as the GCWR of the truck/trailer combination doesn't exceed 26,000 lbs. with the trailer having a GVWR in excess of 10,000 lbs., a CDL isn't necessary.
I need to move a large shed. I think a flatbed trailer would be best. Where can I rent one?
It all depends on the size and quality of your dump trailer! If you have a old or worn out dump trailer, odds are it won't be able to haul as much as a new and unused one.
You can probably rent one locally from your town for around 20 dollars plus mileage.
A tow dolly is probably not too easy to find. U-Haul is known to rent them out. Otherwise, check places that sell trailer accessories, or you can check on places such as Craigslist for a used one.
Prices for a small U-Haul trailer vary depending on the size of the trailer, the distance it will travel, and the length of time that it will be in use. The flat rate for a small one is about $14.95 without travel distance.
There are several large truck and trailer companies online that will rent out a flatbed Gooseneck Trailer. Some of these websites include Nationwide Trailers and Trailer Wheel & Frame Co.
Know the size of the trailer and what you plan to haul. you want one that will cover cargo as well.

Depending what you plan to do with the trailer, I always use U-haul trailer rental. There is one in Orleans, MA. That is just like 5 miles away from you.
