either tighten the valve cover bolts, or replace the gaskets.

Use 20 ft-pound torque.
remove bolts on top of valve cover, use a putty knife or a paint scrapper to remove old gasket from valve cover and cylinder head be careful not to get anything in the head. use a type of silicone to secusre new gasket to valve cover and use only on the valve cover side. a little bit will do a few spots around it and put cover back on. tighten bolts from center out and do not over tighten. just snug them up.
Remove each valve cover (four bolts.) Remove the gasket and set a new one in place. Set the valve cover in place and tighten the bolts to spec.
you just pull the three bolts holding the valve cover down. the bolts run right down the middle of the valve covers. pull the valve cover off, replace the old gasket with the new one and tighten the valve covers back on.
You remove the valve cover, install a new plug & valve cover gasket, and reinstall the valve cover. The part number for the plug is 1336763. Careful not to overtighten the small valve cover bolts (6mm thread), and tighten them in alternating sequence (not in a circle, and gradually).

remove the valve cover pull off the valve cover gasket and put new one up making sure you dont over tighten the valve cover bolts make sure you have correct torque replace all the o rings inside valve cover while changing main gasket for best results
Torque for valve cover bolts is 7 to 10 ft. Lbs . Tighten the bolts in a criss-cross pattern .
The bolts on a 94 Dodge Intrepid valve cover need to be very tight. You should tighten to 12 N*m or 105 inch pounds.
Tighten the valve cover retaining bolts in sequence, torque them to 71-106 inch lbs. (8-12 Nm).
