You can adjust it, by turning out the "Engine Governor Speed Adjustment" Screw. Check out the doodlebug manual, or message me for more details.
To remove the governor off a Baja 90cc refer to your owners manual. Many newer models do not have a governor.
There is no governor and no perf parts.

take the muffler off
you take the screw off the carbarator.
Ok you don't have to take the govenor off you just need to look under the gas tank and find a silver bar..... (this is wat i did) i tied a string to it and pulled it IN and now I go 15mph + but never ever ever make it go all the way
Take of the variator pulley and there should be a bolt, just take it off
It has no governor. Speed is controlled by the ECU.
The Baja Dirt Bug, a popular off-road vehicle, typically has a top speed of around 30 to 40 miles per hour (48 to 64 kilometers per hour). This speed can vary depending on factors such as engine size, modifications, and overall vehicle weight. The Dirt Bug is designed more for fun and maneuverability on rough terrain rather than high-speed performance.
