∙ 14y agoMost alternators these days are not serviceable. All you can do is blow them out with compressed air. I wouldn't recommend using a cleaning agent, it would do more harm than good.

∙ 14y agoCleaning a Tokarev gun is simple. All you have to do is have the cleaning supplies and take it apart.
When you take it apart, you alter the configuration of the sights to the gun. If you didn't resight it in, it won't shot anywhere near the right place. However, it should be consistently off; firing "all over" means you might have damaged something in the barrle. Take it apart again, clean it carefully and thoroughly, and inspect all parts of the weapon that you can. Reassemble, resight and test. If it still doesn't shoot straight, take it to a gunsmith.
Absoutely, tho it's probably built into the alternator. Ask your local auto parts supplier if a replacement regulator is available. Of course you have to disassemble the alternator and install the regulator if it in inside your alternator. lol It's inside the alternator. Either replace the alternator or get a diagram of the alternator and rebuild it.
To take it apart you have to unscrew all the screws on one of the sides and it should come apart.
you have to remove all belts
If you have all of the tools it should take about 30 min.

Well, All depending on what your fuel filter is for, you cant take it apart, you just have to replace it.
loosen the alternator bolts up and push down on the alternator and take the old belt off and reinstall new belt over the pulleys and pry up on the alternator until you get about a 1/2" play in the belt when you push down on the belt and then tighten all the alternator bolts.
you will have to take your dash apart from were the gauges are all the way to the radio
If you *know* the alternator is good, like you just replaced it, or removed it and had it tested down at the autoparts store, then it could be any number of problems. Check all cables and connections between the battery and alternator. This includes cleaning the connection terminals on the battery (they make a special wire brush for this purpose). If that is all done and the problem still exists, then it is probably a bad battery. Check the fluid levels in the battery, if they are fine then take it down to the autoparts store and have it tested as well.
