depends on the watch.
In 1949 Bulova began a 4 year contract as the supporter of the televised Academy Awards. To commemorate this relationship the began production of the Academy Award watch. The relationship only lasted 1 year and the Academy sued Bulova and forced them to stop production of the watch using such terms as "Academy Awards", "award winning design". By 1952 production had ceased. Many sellers will try and pass of a simple period bulova as an original "Academy Award Watch". Be careful as they may have located a case and just put a period watch in the box. The originals are 21J, 14K gold and have a distinctive ribbed design on the face. The case should be marke L0, L1 or L2 only. Hope this helps.

Click both SET & MODE If it doesn't work that instant, try clicking both SET & MODE a few more times. And it should work the other way around, to change your digital watch from 12 hour to 24 hour.

I have an ATHM4801 model and on that one you press and hold button 4 ('Reset' on the lower right), while holding button 4 press button 2 ('Mode' on the lower left). If all the days are visible when you press button 4 then the hourly chime is on. If the days are not displayed then the chime is off.
4 holes
To set the time on a digital Constant watch, press and hold the "Set" button until the time display starts blinking. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the hours and minutes. Press the "Set" button again to confirm the time. If it's an analog watch, gently pull the crown out to the time-setting position, then rotate it to adjust the hands to the correct time. Push the crown back in once done.

I don't know where the video is but this is from Wikipedia. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Television_advertisement The world's first television advertisement was broadcast July 1, 1941. The watchmaker Bulova paid $4 for a placement on New York station WNBT before a baseball game between the Brooklyn Dodgers and Philadelphia Phillies. The 10-second spot displayed a picture of a clock superimposed on a map of the United States, accompanied by the voice-over "America runs on Bulova time. indyhoosier
