Behind the rear nearside passenger seat there should be a tool kit, the kit contains wheel brace etc and 3 rods and a handle. Connect the rods together, and you should have a security key that fits on the end of the rods.At the rear of the truck, at the top of the bumper (slightly off centre) you will see a hole, feed the rods (security key first) into the hole and guide it into the spare wheel lowering mechanism. Fit the handle onto the rods and turn, if the security key is located properly, the spare will start to lower, it's on a chain, lower until the wheel is laying flat, keep turning to slacken the chain, remove the chain and grab the spare. To replace spare, reverse above procedure.Note: Later Navs don't have a security key for the spare, as Nissan feel the steel spare wheel isn't worth nicking?
The (emergency) spare wheel is under the hood, over the motor, with the jack and wheel spanner.
