The heater resistor coil is located on the blower motor on the 2006 T300 Kenworth.
where is flasher location on 2008 t300 kenworth
Kenworth... what? Kenworth manufactures a range of trucks from Class 5 through Class 8... as is, we don't know if you're talking about a T300 box truck, a T800W heavy haul tractor, a W900L line haul tractor, a T800 dump truck, etc. Need to be more specific.
You're talking about the blower motor in the truck's HVAC compartment? The HVAC compartment is located behind the dash, next to the passenger side door. So you'll have to remove the dash panel to access it. In most Class 7/8 trucks, you can figure it out as you go along.. unfortunately, the T300 is a model I've never worked on, so I can't really provide instructions on that.
That's dependent more upon the engine than the truck it's installed in. The T300 was available in configurations ranging from a single axle Class 5 truck up to a tandem axle Class 8 truck... I believe Cummins options ranged from the 5.9 liter 6BT up to the 11 liter M11, Cat had a similar range of engine options, and the 11.1 Detroit was also available.

You got a model? You could be talking about anything from a W900L to a T300. They're not all the same. 3 lbs., 12 ounces is typical for the 'full size' daycabs (T800, W900, etc).
A little curious as to why specifically the F750 over, say, the Peterbilt 330, Kenworth T300, or Freightliner FL70 or M2, but the 650/750 is a good platform. What you're looking for is pretty specific. If you go to the Truck Paper, Truck Trader, and Heavy Equipment Trader (sometimes trucks get posted on there) websites, you can search by make and model (and year, if you're trying to avoid vehicles equipped with DPF/DEF/SCR), as well as keywords (such as "snowplow", etc).
The Ford Transit T300 was produced from the years 1965 to present. The location of the radiator expansion vessel in a Ford Transit T300 is next to the radiator.
