The horn on Rover 200 Series is twin horn and is tucked away by the side of the passanger side headlight.
Painfully, or $$$... Seriously, one has to remove the light assembly and the grill. It's about a $200 job at the dealer. Part of Land Rover's plan to keep Rover repairs in house.
first remove indicator lens ,screw on inside of wing.Then remove screw at side of removed lens both upper bolts and then remove nut from underneath headlight.

Actually.. to take the headlight lens apart, put the Oven on 200, put the headlight assembly in oven for a few minutes at a time, as the headlight assy heats up, the adhesive will loosen up making it easy to remove the lens. For a demonstration, go to Youtube and type in "How to remove headlight lens from assembly"
I believe that normally headlight wipers only work occasionally, at set intervals when the car thinks that they may be dirty.
You can remove the headlight by removing the retaining screws. Remove the headlight wiring. The headlight should easily come out.
Open the bonnet. Remove the grill. Remove the screws holding the headlight in. Carefully pull the headlight out. Remove the cap on the rear of the headlight.
