How do you remove the governor of a Chevy 2005?

The governor is a function of the PCM software. Your GM dealer service department can install a modified version of the software for you unless local law prohibits this. You will be charged for the software and for the time installing it. Depending of vehicle specifics, aftermarket software may also be available.
