Cut or bend the tabs on the axle nut so you can remove the axle nut from the spindle. Remove the hub (bearing) from the spindle. Try to wiggle it off if possible. If not, then lightly hit it on the rear of the hub to remove it from the spindle. One it's off remove the inner race with a locking 3 jaw puller and the inner dust cover. Clean the spindle and install the new inner dust cover. Lightly tap it on so it's seated all the way. Grease the spindle lightly and install the new hub. You will have to use a special tool (Bearing/Race installer) to make sure you don't damage the new hub or remove the outer race from the hub. Seat the hub all the way on the spindle and install the rotor, retaining bolts and new axle nut. The axle nut needs to be tightened to 200#. Make sure you don't over-tighten the axle nut. It could lead to wearing out your new bearing prematurely. Bend the tabs in on your axle nut put the new dust cover on (You can use the old one if it's not damaged) and put everything back together.
